Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges All items sold on Get Swaggy are custom-made specifically for your order. As a result, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or unusable. We highly recommend that you carefully review your order and our sizing charts before making a purchase.

Damaged or Unusable Items If you receive a damaged or unusable item, please contact us immediately. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a refund or a replacement of the same item.

Incorrect Sizes Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the incorrect size. Please double-check your measurements against the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order.
